Attention my Lords and Ladies!!!

Join us on our annual Medieval Times Trip/ Campout.  November 8th and 9th !!!!!

Hear ye, hear ye!  All Lords and Ladies of Pack 40 are asked to join in the fun on our annual quest for adventure at Medieval Times in Myrtle Beach.  Then have more fun and stay overnight with us at a camp out at Huntington Beach State Park.

We will be meeting on Saturday November 8th at 8am at Hibben Methodist Church to leave and head to Medieval Times.  Doors open at 10:30am and the show starts at 11am.  After the show ends we will go straight over to the campgrounds (directions will be given from Medieval Times) and stay overnight.  We'll leave around 10am on Sunday morning to come home and should arrive back at Hibben at about Noon on Sunday.

Cost for Medieval Times is $18 for scouts, children 3 to 12 and leaders, adults/parents are $24.  Please contact Jennifer Willard at 843-236-4650 no later than Friday October 26th to reserve your spot and purchase tickets.  All tickets are required to be purchased 14 days ahead of the event.  We apologize for the short notice.  A free participation badge is included with the tickets.

The cost to camp overnight is $5 per person, and camping is optional.  Please note that permission slips will be required for the camp out.  These will be available on Saturday morning to be signed and money will be collected before we leave the church.

As always if you have any questions please contact our Cubmaster Rose or the Webmaster.

Thanks
